FAQ
The Immigration Act of 1990 makes available 55,000  permanent resident visas (Green cards) each year by random selection through a diversity visa lottery.

Every year more than 2.5 Million applications are rejected for not following the guidelines established by the United States State Department.

Experienced Consultants in the United States will file your application with the Kentucky Consular Center for a very low fee of US$ 10. No additional fee is required to file a separate application for spouse. Individuals already in the United States are also eligible to apply.

Since this is a lottery, and the winners are selected at random by a computer, we can not gurantee that you will be a winner. However, we can gurantee that your application will be filed following the guidelines, and will be sent to the correct address during the mail-in period established by the U.S. State department.

Please note that the fee of US$10 is the charge for using our services, and not an entry fee for the lottery. The United States government does not charge any fee to enter the lottery

Application forms and Instructions are available for print from this site.

Natives of the following countries are not eligible to enter the lottery:

Canada, China* (mainland and Macau), Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Philippines, Pakistan, South Korea, United Kingdom and its dependent territories (Northern Ireland natives are eligible), Vietnam.
* Persons BORN in Hong Kong and Taiwan are eligible.

You may still be eligible to enter, if your wife or parent is a native of an eligible country. See FAQ for details
